Thank you to Shane from Cynergex for coming in and training our team on how to respond Medical Emergencies. Completing this training gives us the most up to date skills and confidence to deal with a medical emergency at our clinic. The afternoon covered basic first aid information through to advanced CPR and how to use a defibrillator and maintain airways. The afternoon was also a reminder as to why it is important to ensure your dentist knows of any medical conditions you have and any medications you take, it ensures we can treat you safely. As an Accredited Dental Practice we collect this information on a signed medical form yearly.
