Clear Aligners and Crowns/Bridge - transformational dentistry

After wearing a denture for many years this patient came in asking for 2 front implants.  Once we reviewed the overall problems with crowded teeth and an old denture, we combined a multi-specialty approach.  Orthodontics were completed using clear aligners so the teeth were in a better position.  Without the foundations then the result would not look as good, and not last as long.

The upper teeth were then crowned with ceramic and the front teeth bridged.
