I pride myself in creating a fun and comfortable experience for those looking for a gentle approach when visiting the dentist, while continually providing quality care. My goal is to build a positive relationship with my patients by fully understanding their concerns, empowering them with all the necessary information and working towards a healthy smile!'

Nermin completed her degree as a doctor of dental surgery (DDS) with an Award for Academic Excellence in dental studies from the University of Damascus. Along with an ongoing goal for self-development, she is heavily involved in continuing education in both communication and dentistry aspects to keep herself up to date with new techniques and skills. As part of that, she completed her MBA from an EU Business School in Switzerland in 2014 and a customer-focused training from Harvard in 2017. As a result, she received a women leadership award from Sanofi pharmaceutical in 2017. She is also a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Endodontology, involving regular meetings and continuing education seminars to keep abreast of dentistry's latest technology and methods.

Nermin has a passion for helping her patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles for life. She has an active interest in all facets of dentistry; preventive, restorative with specialist interest in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligners. She believes that prevention is always cheaper than treatment and loves helping patients of all ages from children to elderly. Nermin is known for her very gentle, kind and caring approach and is bilingual in English and Arabic and speaks conversational French.

Outside of work, Nermin has been involved in volunteer dental work, she is an active volunteer at the Health In Kind organisation that provides free healthcare services to communities in need.

For fun, she enjoys the outdoors and staying active, saving time weekly for bushwalking, rock climbing and Ballroom dancing. Nermin also loves to travel, taking every opportunity to explore new places.
