1. Entry is free and open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

2. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

3. The prize is $1000 credit to be used towards dental treatment at Nundah Village Dental.

4. The prize is not redeemable for cash and non-transferable.

5. The prize must be used within 6 months of the winner being notified.

6. The prize can be used for any dental treatment, including cosmetic or general dental services.

7. Winner will be drawn at random and notified by phone and/or email.
