Implant retained Denture

This patient was embarrassed about her smile and had multiple teeth beyond repair.  There were complex cosmetic concerns and the patient didn’t want a removable denture due to comfort.  People with removable dentures can generally only chew with 20% of the power as that of natural teeth, and dentures often move and rub, or even fall out while talking!   It was elected to replace all the teeth with implant retained dentures allowing a beautiful fixed smile.
